We were able to get Thursday night added to our Marriott reservation for Dragoncon!!! We had to pay regular rate for that night, but worth it to not deal with moving our stuff from our friend’s hyatt room during the day friday! I’m so relieved! š
We are thinking of doing something different this year – driving to Nashville wednesday night, getting a cheap hotel room, and then driving onto Atlanta the next morning. Just so we can get there with time to spare and not have to get up at 6am and be on the road for hours.
Anyway, I’ve been sewing. No pics to show yet, since pretty much everything I could show right now would give away the surprise!
But I did order my Ms. Marvel fabric. Should be here any day, I’m looking forward to starting on it. I also got my base boots for it the other day –
I’ll be covering them in the same fabric I’m using for the leotard.
Back to work…
I give you mad props for wearing those for any length of time. As much as adores me, I think he would stuff me in a trunk after I wore those, due to all the moaning and hobbling…!
I’ve already told my husband he gets to be my arm candy when I’m wearing this ! LOL
That’s great about the extra night at the Marriott š Taking a break during travel can be really helpful – we stop over in LA for one night, just nice to get some sleep on the way š
